sup peoples? man my shit be all fucked up! in the ongoing drama that is my job hunt, the people that hired me for columbia, and now new orleans are apparently being asked by the prime contractor to re-interview for the position. actually, the prime contractor wants to interview yours truly, which never happens, or at very least rarely happens. so, who knows where that stands, but i do have an interview today for a position in charleston, sc.

kevin barnes is complicated, and listening to any of montreal record is an excercise in keeping one’s sanity close to the chest. i dont mean to imply that listening to of montreal will make you go crazy, but if you delve into his mildly irrational lyrics you may find yourself sinking deeper and deeper into some kind of momentary kevin barnes inducded depression. or, if you just dont pain attention to whatever he’s rambling on about you’ll just find yourself enjoying some of finest art pop records being made today.
their newest, skeletal lamping, is out 10.21. it’s either brilliant or a complete mess. i haven’t made up my mind as of yet.
